I had my truck towed in for service cause it would not start and darrin the manager was rude and said that he would not have a tech there until monday and it was only saturday and he persisted to be negative about my situation knowing i had my durango towed in and he knew he had me on the spot i felt i wasnt welcomed there. the mechanic in the back name sammy was more professional towards me then darrin. he figured o... view moreut my injectors were plugged and got my truck running darrin charged me for labor on that service which was fine but he also charge for an engine analysis and the tech wasnt even there to do it and my cap to my oil was broken when it was removed and darrin made me pay for a new one when my cap was fine before i took it in so i had to pay another 7 dollars on this cap so in all they charged me for an analysis that never happened and an oil cap they broke. i will never go to pepe boys again and i will make sure i tell all my friends and family on how they charge you for services never received.
