terrible service. no greeting , no help offered. stood at car for almost 15 minutes....nothing. No one said a word as i left the showroom....very disappointing.

Very dissatisfied with CarMax

I bought a car through CarMax and it was repossessed this week. Besides the horrible customer service I have received with them, the repossession company they hired called Classic Recovery in Modesto, CA was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. If your car gets repossessed, you better hope that it doesn`t go here! First off, they took my car without first filing a claim with the police department. (So they ... view morebasically stole it). This made the process of getting my car back that much more difficult because the car couldn`t be released unless a claim was filed with the police department. I went there 4 times over the course of two days and nobody was ever there. In addition, they kept avoiding my phone calls because they hadn`t made the claim with the police station yet. When I finally got my car back they had siphoned all the gas out of my car, stole the change that was in my ash tray and ravished through my glove box. To sum it up, CarMax should do research on the repossession companys they hire!!!!
