I know Brian and his family so...

I know Brian and his family socially. I was Brian`s customer 8 years ago. No longer. Things weren`t getting fixed. Many of his old customers have left him for better, including Brian`s and Abby`s friends. Every time you call this business, they act irritated as if you are bothering them. This attitude continues if you actually do business with them. I can get equal (or better) work done for the same price but withou... view moret the Prima Donna attitude. They ALWAYS seem to be understaffed
