45 minute transmission fluid c...

45 minute transmission fluid change turned into 4 hours (that`s half a day). Honesty is definitely not the best policy with which this business operates. Do yourself a favor & choose another shop even if it`s few dollars more, I wish I would have done that. I gave them over 3 hours to do the job they said it will take 45 minutes. Then I gave them another 30 minutes extra time when they said to go in and p... view moreick up the vehicle. When I arrived they didn`t even begin to perform the service. I had to sit inside a boiling hot room for close to an hour & wait for the vehicle. No discounts were provided as an apology. They also had promised to check the vehicle & see if it needs tune up or other maintenance but of course that never happened. They just hurriedly changed the transmission fluid and displayed no concern what so ever for anything else they promised to do. wait period was made into 4 hours. Instead of providing a truthful time frame they have their customer sit inside a boiling hot room as they continue to wait for their overdue vehicle.
