FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC!!! I say this since I am a detail oriented guy and especially if it comes to my Mercedes Benz I don`t settle for less than perfect. I had an accident and the rear left door got a big dent. I went around the Bay Area and got 4 estimates, talked to the service people at each location. Shawn Moe (Manager) and Robert Robinson (Estimator) are on top of their game. They listened to me, took a detailed look at the car, my car`s paint is a special mixture of 5 base paints, they understood that in advance, they explained each and every step on how the car will be repaired and finished. Their guarantee was that "your car will be in pre-accident condition when it is done". I picked up my car yesterday and it looks absolutely perfect. No one can tell if there was any damage on any part of my car. They used OEM parts, meticulously painted the side, put the accessories back in exactly as they were before, detailed the car and above all they never pushed me into a corner. I requested for some parts of the job to be re-done, they gladly reviewed the problem with me, accepted that the work needs to be re-done and wow!! I love my car`s look now!! Fast & Friendly Service

I recently got in an accident. :( I was rear-ended by another driver so the repairs went through insurance. Magnussen`s was super friendly and made my bumper look brand new! There was no hassle with payment as they have a person who processes all of that for you. They took me over to the Car Rental Agency when I dropped my car off and I was able to drop off my rental at Magnussen`s. It was extra easy!
