Oil change an repair done great in Torrance

I have been using for oil change and repair Chevron Fast Lube for the last 3-4 years now. For the first time I went to Fast Lube with a coupon. They offered brake inspection with the oil change. I felt something was not right I heard some kind of squeeking noise or something so I let them do the brake check. Thanks God for that. The mechanic told me my front brakes were totally gone. I became very upset, I thought t... view morehey wanted to take me for a ride. I just replaced the front brakes with my ""trusted mechanic"" a week before.The manager showed me the brake pads. I do not know anything about cars but even I saw I had NOTHING. Well they gave me a resonable price So I decided to let them do the job. My ""trusted mechanic"" worked out of his own garage so I realized very quickly I have zero chance with him. He lost my business, Fast Lube gained it. Since than I did not have one bad experience with this place.

Fast Oil Change in Torrance

Last year I was searching for an oil change place in the Torrance area, when I came upon Chevron Fast Lube, next to the 405 Fwy. Already been there been here 3 times and the guys know me. I am a girl, so I get special treatment. Last time they checked my whole car out, told me that I needed front brakes, sure enough just before I got there my brakes were making a funny noise. Knowledgable people. Fast and friendly.They have been servicing my Honda the last 3 years.
My car is up to the minute. I feel safe. I travel a lot more than an average person. I have to have somebody for repair who is fast and accurate. I can not afford any ""maybe"". So far so good

The best service, fast, professional.What a customer care!!!!

I took my car to Chevron Fast Lube for the first time. The oil change was done in 10 minutes. The guys did not want to sell me any unnecessary service. This is very rare.
They did let me know about their findings, factory recommendations. I was educated on those recommendations not to push or threatened to do something. I felt safe after the service was done. They even checked my brakes for free... Highly recommen... view mored them....
