Oil Change Special? or Scam?

It was time to get an oil change on my grandma`s car, we had seen a sign in front of the Jiffy Lube on Palm Ave. earlier in the day, so I called to see if they still would have the special on sunday since it was already after 5pm on saturday, anyways the guy (who sounded like a youngster) asked someone else who worked there,they said yes when she took her car in she was given a lot of double-talk, $24.95 turned into ... view more$39.95...LOOK OUT!
