very bad service. rude rude rude

I can understand how sometimes someone can be so busy that they stop caring about customer service, but the last two times I`ve been there, it`s the same story. Rude! I go there because it`s close to my house but I rather drive to downtown next time before I`ll take this rude service again. Absolutely unacceptable.
