cost me a transmission

they charged me about 130.00 for transmission service. all they do is suck the fluid out and put new in. no filter is changed. whats the point. you guys should get out of the bizz. worthless

Installed faulty oil filter

I went to Jiffy to get standard oil & filter change like I normally do. Jiffy diagnosed an oil leak and asked that I take this to a mechanic. I did and the mechanic discovered the oil filter Jiffy installed was deffective and leaking. The filter looked old, as if it wasn`t changed. I was charged by Jiffy for an oil change and filter, so that should have been brand new. Anyway, I got a new oil change at the mechnanic... view more to fix this. I returned to Jiffy lube to get refunded because of their sloppy work. The manager on duty could not do a thing. He asked if we could prove it. Ha! We went through all this hassle and this is the customer service. They just lost 50 lifetime customers, me, all my coworkers,my family and hopefully you too.
