BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Not sure what these past reviews are referring to... I have been buying cars from the same dealership for over 6 years. We have purchased a rogue, Altima , quest , and we r now looking for a new car with them. All The employees in this place really love their job and they have a big appreciation for Nissan as a brand. Stay away even if they offer you a free car!

This is the worst dealership ever! The service department is rude and incompetent. I`ve taken my car to them numerous times for the same problems they never seem to be able to ""duplicate"" or they simply say they fixed the issue, only to have the same issue return in 6 months. I took my car in 3 or 4 times for a leak on my drivers side window, and only after the third or fourth time, did they finally admit there wa... view mores a leak and they say they repaired the problem. Now after numerous complaints about my drivers side window working intermittently (obviously as a result of the water leaking on that side) they are finally able to ""duplicate"" the problem. Of course now they tell me my warranty doesn`t cover the problem and I need to pay them almost $600 to fix the problem their incompetence most likely created. I called GoodYear and was told they would charge $350- $4000 to repair the motor on the window. I wouldn`t even take a free car from this dealership and I wouldn`t trust the service department to wash my tires!!!

Worst Car experience ever

Horrible customer service! Purchased a used vehicle and found a crack in the front bumper later that day. Called the dealership right back and they admitted to knowing about the crack. They still havent replaced it to this day! I bought the car a year and a half ago.
