Won`t stand behind their work

Turbo Performance repaired/replace turbo on two separate occasions a month appart. Car was still burning oil and leaking from the turbo. Had it replace at another, more reputable, shop. No problems now, Turbo Performance won`t refund money for the work saying they didn`t have the opportunity to fix it. How many chances did they want? Wasted my time and money!
