I got in a car accident and was sent to this shop by a friend. In a day and age where good customer service is a thing of the past unless your spending a lot of money. I was plesantly surprised by my experience. They are a family owed business with the look of a dealership.The office staff and owner were professional and understanding of me having a million questions. They gave me a enterprise rental car right away a... view moret their expense eventho i wasn`t sure of rental on my policy.The next day they had contacted my adjuster and things were underway.They contacted me several times thru out the procedure letting me know what was going on with my insurance company or my repairs. The repairs were completed quicker than i thought that they would be. And when i saw my baby fully detailed, they even waxed out a few scratches I had. I went from broken to beautiful. I would reccomend their shop to everyone. They even guaranty the repairs for the whole time I own my car.Hopefully no more finder binders for me but if so I know where to go, to be taken care of right.
