Two Thumbs to Ralph and Cliff. They are truly a gift to Audi owners. I have always been an Audi Fan. I have driven them for over twenty years. I first found European Auto Works when the dealer couldn`t diagnose a random electrical malfunction in my car. Ralph and his crew found the Battery ground wire was bad at the body connection. They diagnosed it and fixed it for a fraction of what the dealer charged me for their... view more incomplete diagnosis.
