I took my truck in to get a alarm system installed. The guy upfront A.j set me up with a cool remote start viper pager alarm. He was very knowledgeable and i knew nothing about alarms. After everything was installed he also showed me how to work the whole system. Excellent customer service keep up the good work.

This is the worst place I have ever been-liars and conartists.I have already filed one complaint and will continue until I get a refund.They did not give me what was asked and took my money.DO NOT GO THERE!

Horrible place and experience!!!

I went in to get an alarm installed and ended up getting ripped off. They messed up my stereo by installing all of the alarm wiring behind the stereo which caused an alternator whine to come through the speakers. They denied there being any noise or of them doing anything wrong and kept insisting my stereo was going out the 3 times I came back complaining. I wouldn`t go to Soundquest, especially if you are female.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!

this place is ridiculous, these guys are some of the best con artists in the world they will svck you dry, install your stuff backwards and then turn around and charge you again. also theres this arabic guy named aj hes not a nice person by the way, true definition of a piece of you know what, i was in the shop and he was showing me my car and finished product and slapped me twice for asking him to turn down the bas... view mores because it was too much for my liking-no stars!they made me put 1
