I called to check on my vehicle because the time frame has been extended for parts being on order; I requested to speak to the service manager because I was informed by the service writer that it would have been done by the end of last week. As of today the parts are still not here. After several times of being on hold and sent to voice-mail I was able to speak to the service manager.
