First time vusit

At first they seemed to care-- didn`t overcharge me for replacement part. But when I returned to show them the car was in trouble 3 days later, they didn`t know how to help. Their defensiveness made me wary. I will say they offered an explanation (it needed an oil change) but the owner would not offer to do it. It made him looked scared rather than concerned for a potentially frequent client.

Great place for VWs

I bring my Golf to Adams Import. I have never had trouble getting the car back within a day, except the last time I brought it in for a tune up. Andy warned me that they were very busy, and that the car will not be ready by the end of the day, unfortunately I had to be up in Los Angeles the next morning for a graduation. To my surprise he gave me a loaner car, (A nice Jetta) and I went up to LA with the loaner and ca... view moreme down in the afternoon to pick up the car. I didn`t think a small place like this had loaners, but it was really nice to find out since I really needed one! I don`t know a lot about cars...but I am glad to be supporting our local businesses, especially a fine establishment like this one!
