Some of them talk to you; and, some even talk to themselves. Most U.S. manufacturers as well as most Japanese manufacturers have on-board computers in their cars` fuel systems, with sensors to evaluate throttle position, coolant temperature, oxygen content in exhaust, engine load and many others. All of this to calculate proper fuel mixture and correct timing for any given circumstances and driving conditions. With these computerized fuel systems, there is no way of knowing what your automobile needs without a diagnosis. This is why we offer customers a diagnosis and estimate first!? Erin from Autoland started off nice & sweet and then her alter ego and obviously her true colors came through FULL FORCE! She`s a lying ..you know what! I sold my car & purchased a car through Autoland. Thought it was a great service until about 2 weeks after the transactions had taken place-mind you I signed a RE... view moreLEASE OF LIABILITY for the vehicle I sold. I got a call from Erin saying-my car I sold gave out during the transportation a few days ago & here are my 2 choices- 1. I can take my car back or 2. I can pay to replace the engine-what would you like to do? ..... WTF are you kidding me. When I brought my car to Erin to sell it she was responsible for the inspection & to report anything she found. There was a noticeable noise fr my car when running that I could not hide nor did I try to. When Erin heard the noise she said ""hmm, I wonder what that is..well lets just forget to note that down"".
....well fast forward 2 wks later-she was in deep poopoo so she tried to see if she could just muscle me into fixing her fraudulent mistake. I wasn`t born yesterday and NO WAY NO HOW was I going to buy a new engine or just `take my car back`. Which btw Erin`s initial price to me for a new engine was $3000 & when I would not cave she suddenly said she could probably get it for $1500-$1800- HALF THE INITIAL QUOTE. I pushed back and about a week later I rcvd a ph call from the `President` of Autoland again trying to muscle me into moving forward on my ""2 options"". I held my ground saying NO-I`m not doing either-she then did a conference call w/me/her & Erin Kennedy and Erin proceeded to make up even more lies. She said she told me when she took my car she finally heard the noise & couldn`t guarantee the dealership would purchase my vehicle.

...so long story longer- I told the President of Autoland I am NOT paying for an engine nor taking my previous car back and to leave me alone. She said she would speak w/the CEO of Autoland. Well w/in less than 1 hour-the President called me back said after discussing this w/the CEO they could not determine what happened and will pay my car off & continue w/the sale & I will not hear from them again.. I`ve not heard from them since.---this was in July 2011.
