Conscientious management and crew

These guys know their Hondas. I`ve been going there for six years and wouldn`t trust my car to anyone else. I know that even if I go in only for an oil change, they will carefully inspect my car and alert me to anything I need to know about. They have kept my car in PERFECT condition and are very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Great car buying experience

Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, I went to five car dealerships around the Sacramento area. By far, the nicest and most helpful sales associate was Mike at Elk Grove Honda. We only waited a few minutes before Mike found us on the lot. He tried to be as unobtrusive as possible, making the whole experience much better than any other car buying experience I`ve ever had. When we came back for a test drive, Mike was ri... view moreght there, on time, and gave us all the information (pros & cons) about the cars we looked at. We also didn`t have to wait much for the financing options when we were ready to buy, and the lady in the sales office (I just forgot her name) was also very friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions, without pushing us too much. Overall, this was a great experience for me, and the next time I`m in the market to buy a new car, I`m DEFINITELY going to Elk Grove Honda first!
