Great Customer Service

Great customer service. I was running a hectic schedule but needed to take my Toyota Sienna to the shop before a long trip, Ray offered to drop me off to my appointment (4 miles away) and offered to pick me up once done. I don`t know if they do that to all customers but I surely appreciated the help that day. It was such a blessing. Reasonable and affordable. No overselling. great customer service/work

The first time I called John at Integrity I was in a panic. I had to send a customer up to Integrity because the other auto shop I sent her to was going to charge her 400.00. He calmed me down and told me it shouldnt be over 120.00. It was 109.74. Both times Ive been to him its been less than the estimate. I thought Integrity Muffler went out of thier way to take care of my car and me. John was thorough but didnt gou... view morege me me like the other places I called. I was leary because of the other person who wrote that comment but I couldnt have been happier with the work he did on my car. It was fixed to perfection at half of the cost. Then he sat down with me to let me know the other services he did that could help my car. I think the parking lot could use a makeover but otherwise I HIGHLY recommend Integrity Muffler.

Worst Muffler Shop Ever, Don`t waste your time or money

I should have known when I took my car down to Integrity Muffler and there were no other customers in sight. I figured I was just early. Everything seemed ok until I came back to pick my car up. I noticed a few flaws which they adjusted but it wasn`t until I took my car to the tire shop that I noticed all of their crappy work. When the tire tach put my car on the lift I see welds that look like a blind folded 4 y... view moreear old had done. To make matters worse, I had a total of 10 exhaust leaks due to their poor workmanship. STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY MUFFLER IN PINOLE. When it comes to your car, never take chance with places you don`t know about.

Here is what I learned
-Look for reviews and ask around
-Run if the place is always empty
-A good muffler place has lines out the door and you wil have to book an appointment
-Check out the guy who`s actually doing the work, to see if he is easily frustrated, seems to ask the seasoned techs lots of questions, and just in general seems like a lazy guy, short cut type of person.
-If a simple job takes hours, you have an amateur on your hands
