WARNING!! I don`t post reviews often but I feel OBLIGATED to WARN everyone of the incompetence of this shop. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...I wish I had google`d this shop and read some of these posts before I took my wifes car there. Long story short..took my wifes Lexus in for a simple brake change (so I thought) the job took them 8 hours and when I received the call to come pick it up, The Asst. Manager (Kurt) said..&quo... view moret;Got good news and bad news" (Never a good sign) Good news is the cars ready for pick and bad new, he stated there were 3 warning lights that they couldn`t turn off (ABS, Traction Control and Emergency Brake). He said the car functions perfectly and that we could just take it to a dealership for them to reset the sensors. Drove down picked it up and immediately noticed that the brakes were WAY WORSE than when we brought it in. I had to slam on the brakes just to stop. Still in the process of resolving this issue but the District Mng has yet to return my call. I could go on and on but BOTTOM LINE...save yourself time, energy, money and headaches and GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP. Not only is their repair service HORRIBLE, but the customer service and quality control is NON-EXSISTANT. DON`T USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
