Horrible service dept. with the worst customer service I have ever seen from any service related business. I bought my RV from the Pomona show and brought it to Niels for warranty service. After showing service adviser Scott problem with RV he later told me he couldn`t find cause of problem. He also said if I didn`t like that answer to bring RV back to selling dealer in CORONA, an 1 1/2 hour drive!! 2 months late... view morer another problem came up with A/C. Now they tell me they won`t work on RV at all because I didn`t buy it from them. Staff at Niels was rude and completely incompetent. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!
