Sold a car without clear title- DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy a used are here!!! The sales staff and sales manager are super nice. HOWEVER they sold us a car that did not have a clear title. . .6 months later I still do not have registration in my name- I have been issued temporaries but of course the cops don`t see this so it is a hassle to drive the car and get pulled over for expired registration. They wont answer the phone calls of my lender and whe... view moren I finally said that is it I want to take the car back because I am not going to keep paying payments and insurance on a car that they cannot get the title to (some glitch with paperwork from a previous dealer they keep telling me.) the General Manager told me not to worry he would make it right and do the right thing but when I brought the car back all they did was offer me another temporary. Now I have had to retain a lawyer. The bank cannot even take the car back because THEY aren`t on the title. Its just ridiculous. I cannot tell you the hassles I have gone through with this- like their DMV person telling me essentially too bad they have done all they can do. In fact that is the party line there- ""we are working on it"". 6 MONTHS and no title!!! Do not trust these guys they sold a car they had no right to sell.
