Complete scam/fraud dealership. Beware. He has a mechanic that works for the dealership under a different fictitious business name, but its the same owner. We paid $900.00 to have our transmission fixed by an "independent mechanic," that "rents space," from Juliano. Juliano referred us to the mechanic. The mechanic ruined the transmission more than when we originally brought it to them. Gilroy auto sales is not responsible for the work the mechanics that rent space from Gilroy auto sales do. Well it`s time to lift the corporate veil and trace the responsible party. Were are filing a small claims court complaint, letter of complaint to the Bureau of Auto Repair, The BBB, Attorney General, Santa Clara County District Attorneys office, and 7 on your side. I will not rest until this Dealership closes its doors. You want to sell damaged autos with fake warranties and then rip people off when they come to you for repairs? Disgrace.
