11/28/2012 Had my windshield replaced 2012 BMW X5, Friendly service and great work done on my vehicle. Can`t express enough how great the customer service was. Gave me a fantastic lunch recommendation while I waited, which was only an hour. Cost was less than I ever expected, too. Would highly recommend.

they use cheap chinease knockoffs that are very visibly warped/distorted, if you are clueless and dont pay any attention you might think you got a decent glass, you did not, unprofessional, untrained, unskilled. spend the extra $30 and get a real repair man with a quality, properly made glass.

Han & Pan did a very quick and superlative job on two cars in one hour. I called them at 11:30 in the morning and they arrived at 1 pm by 2 pm two cars had the windshields replaced beautifully and inexpensively. The two were cheery, competent and quick...recommend Paramount highly.

Han at Paramount was at my house with his partner within ten minutes of my phone call -- the bigger glass companies didn`t answer their phones; they were either not at the office at starting time, or helping other customers. The work was done within fifteen minutes. Very professional and thorough, and the cost was competitive. If thieves ever break into my car again -- hopefully it won`t happen because I put a hex on... view more them ;-) -- I will call Paramount Auto Glass for the window repair.
