So much for 2nd chances......

Tried to use this Firestone again after two years from the time they tried to screw me over for work they screwed up on after working on my vehicle without authorization to generate a bigger bill being as it was an older woman who dropped off the vehicle for me that time. Today 7-21-10 went to Firestone Santee for a simple oil change-tire rotation-& filter change and was told it would be ready in couple ... view moreof hours this was at 9:45am.By 2:00pm I still had not received a call and called to pick up my vehicle and was told it was not ready but, he could have it done for me in 30min.At this time I explained to him I had an appointment to make and needed him to absolutely be sure he would be finished in 30min.as he said,?ˆ? Yes, no problem!?ˆ?. Thirty min. later I call him back only to get put on hold. Once my call was addressed I was informed it would be another 10 min. worth of work. I show up in 10 min. to pick my vehicle and end up waiting 35 more min for him to finish it up, making me clearly late for my appointment of which I now have to reschedule because this guy didn`t have the courtesy to tell me he had chose not to do it in the six hours that he had it for! I done with this place for good, I?ˆ™m not going for a third time.
