Terrible customer service

I have never been treated so badly and by the owner Jerry no less, he was rude and condescending. I was there 3 months earlier when I bought $200 worth of new speakers. One day my music just stopped playing so I took it back in because my speakers were still under warranty. Apparently my balance/fade button had been messed with and that`s why the music wasn`t playing anymore. I know nothing about speakers and never u... view morese those buttons that`s obviously why I took it in, he yelled at me over the phone because I wasn`t understanding what he was telling me. He also charged me $50 just to turn the fade/balance button back up after I had just spent $200 three months ago at his business. He has zero customer service skills. I wouldn`t have been so upset about the $50 if he had treated me like a human being. Word of warning don`t take your business there he doesn`t appreciate it!!
