Honest Smog-only business

I`ve been taking vehicles here for years, and have always been happy with the service. They are a smog-only business, which means they will not make any adjustments to your car, but the advantage is that they do not try to up-sell you with questionable service items like so many other shops. They have clearly posted prices that are based on the size of vehicle. They often have discount coupons in local papers, and... view more if you phone for an appointment, and ask about the price, they will usually give you the coupon price, even if you don`t have the actual coupon.

Taking advantage of hard working people

I called for an appt. and was quoted 2 prices (depending on how big my vehicle was) I stopped in earlier than expected and was quoted even higher prices until I told them their previous quote. My vehicle passed emmisions but had a loose hose so they made ME reattach it and then pay for a retest. It was close to quitting time so they said I had to come back another time.
