Excellent owner operator Scott. Honest and fair shop

Went there after 16 minute smog mentioned them after noticing my muffler had a hole in it.

Staff was nice, fair, and it was not that expensive considering West LA prices. I was out of there in 2 hours and I got lunch down the street as I waited.

Honest, helpful, polite, no stress mechanics

In the past my experience with mechanics was about as teeth pulling as going to the dentist. I hated it. I swore every time I walked, or drove, into a workshop you could here them say, `awesome, another female we can take for a ride,` and I don`t mean in my car. I met the boys at Major Muffler about ten years ago. I thought I was about to be treated exactly the same way, but no....I don`t think I have ever met such... view more a honest, helpful bunch of guys as those who work here. Scott and Eric have saved my life on so many occasions. If you are looking for people you can rely on, who will tell you the truth about your car, and will offer good honest advise and cost effective ways to fix the problem, do not look any further, they`re right here.

A great shop on the west side

While the shop is called major muffler they have the knowedge and tools to do far more than just exhaust work. I live in Brentwood and take my porsche and audi to them for most things. They are honest and extremely fair in pricing. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good shop.

The ONLY place I take my car!

My coworker told me about Major Muffler 4 years ago and I will only take my car to these guys.
Being a young female, it`s hard to find a place where you can truly trust and not feel taken advantage of.
These guys will not sell you services you do not need.
They truly are honest, trustworthy, dependable, affordable and fair and I recommend them to everyone!!!!

Easy to miss but hard to forget!!! The best classic car service on the West side.

Major Muffler is the best place on the West side for classic car service or just general exhaust work!!! Scott and his team are friendly and fair. What more could you ask for.
