Poor Service

I was in the process of financing a vehicle, I had traded my old car in, well to make a long story short the bank could not finance me for whatever reason and Auburn Nissan wanted me to return their car...no problem. I took their car back and expected my old car to be there waiting for me with my down payment, well it wasn`t and neither was my down payment ready...3 days later when it`s time to get my car I find out... view more it was actually sold to another dealership and that dealership had it in the paint shop, the paint shop was instructed to stop whatever they were doing because I was coming to get my car, well no one told me that my car had blue spots on both side from the primer work the paint shop did...so that was almost 2 months ago my car just went to the paint shop 3 days ago because I finally got tired of chasing the manager down at Auburn Nissan and I made the appointment to have the primer spots painted, now my next problem is my car was ready to be picked up 1 day ago but now Alan the manager at Auburn Nissan can`t be reached to pay for it! Here it is 4 days before Christmas I have no car, they didn`t even have the courtesy to give me a loaner car or rental so I`m struggling to get rides to/from work...and everytime I call Alan, he`s in a meeting or doesn`t answer the paige from the operator at Auburn Nissan. My advice to the dealership is don`t sell a trade-in until you know for sure the bank has already financed the new vehicle...DUMMIES!
