I will continue to take my car to this place

I was quite pleased with my experience at Charlie`s. My BMW was making a strange noise and they found a problem with the way the hood was attached - which our dealer had never noticed. They explained what needed to be done and I felt they didn`t nickel and dime me, which is a rarity. I will go back.

Poor Attitude - Bad Customer Service

Charlie`s might do good work, but are over-priced (located in the high rent district West of HWY 101) and if you don`t drive a Porsche you`ll be treated like riff-raff. Niko Sougias (Owner`s son) will scoff at your triple-A 10% card and then THROW it back at you. Literally, no exageration here.
