I`ve been going to these guys since Cary & Linda Fox owned it and wouldn`t trust anyone else. The only complaint I have is that their suppliers often times send the wrong parts needed to repair my car-resulting in delays! The crabby,gossipy, old office manager is gone -so the atmosphere is much improved.

Will never return

Even though the mechanics are decent, The experience is TERRIBLE. Arrogant shop manager talks badly about customers who are not around to other customers, and complains about everything all the time; burdening the customer. Simple tasks and repairs take forever because the manager is an unfocused mess--it can take an hour just to be given your paperwork so you can leave! The manager seems ungrateful to have custo... view moremers and will occasionally speak to people in a threatening, inappropriate tone, unnecessarily. The work performed is not worth the wait and the customer service is not worth the headache.

Trustworthy

Even though there`s new ownership, (Randy, who was one of Cary`s best mechanics) this place is the "old reliable" for quality auto repair in the SF Valley. They know the value of "word of mouth" and therefore treat their customers, new and long-time, right.
