My Audi 100 had a cold start problem. I gave another, quite professional, shop three tries at fixing the problem. It became clear that the problem was beyond them, because the problem was unchanged.

No knock on the other shop -- but they don`t understand this car. Talking with IPB over the phone, it was obvious that they understand the complex fuel injection this car has.

They nailed the problem on... view more the first try. I`m very happy.

They gave me straight talk, didn`t try to sell me things I didn`t need, and were low-key and efficient throughout. They recommended a pair of additional repairs which made sense -- there were good technical reasons for making them.

I`ll be bringing the car back to them the next time I need it fixed.
