If you want RV parts, go somewhere else! I`ve been there 3 times and each time the parts rep had a chip on his shoulder. He complained for 5 minutes for my asking him one question about a product there, then he took a customer phone call and insulted the caller`s intelligence after hanging up. Why have a parts counter if you can`t stand talking to customers?

They were very professional and the service was great. J.R. was very friendly (the owner) and gave me lots of advice on my R.V. The price was cheaper the other places that I`ve been to. I highly recommend them!
