Fair - but can`t predict time well

I got my rear brakes done and an oil change - they told me it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. After 2 hours they told me it would be another half hour. An hour and 15 minutes later I got my car back. 3 hrs and 15 minutes vs the 1-1.5hrs they first quoted me.
