By far the worst!

B&B Custom Automotive will screw you over in a heartbeat! After a recent car accident I had my car sent to Sonny Berryhill, as I always had before (with no problems). He fixed it within the budget give to him by the insurance company and within a week I was back in his shop getting something that he missed fixed. He charged me only for the parts and not labor and I was okay with that. Everyone makes mistakes righ... view moret? After keeping my car in his shop for a week, I finally got it back. And again within a week I was back and told he missed something yet again. So when I told him that I would be contacting insurance because I wasn`t happy he then proceeded to tell me he was mad too because he was having to pay labor out of his pocket on a car that he didn`t wreck. So if you would like to be in a shop 3 times over the course of a month when you should only be in once, go to Sonny Berryhill at B&B Custom Automotive. He`ll give awful service with an attitude to match!

Best shop in Memphis, hands down!

I`ve been taking my vehicles to Sonny Berryhill for years now - nearly 25! (I believe he`s been in business since 1971) He never fails to impress with his incredible work. From Corvettes to Cavaliers, he`s done em all. Several of my vehicles have been nearly brand new when they were wrecked. Believe it or not, the quality of his paint work is BETTER than from the factory! There`s definitely something to be said about... view more the kind of attention to detail that he demands on every car. The way he does business is old school - the right way! I could go on and on about all the great experiences I`ve had, but I believe I`ve gotten my point across! Another HUGE plus for us - they PICK UP AND DELIVER!!! try getting a big corporate shop like A*RA or M**CO to do that! Fat chance! Oh yes, and my cars have always been SPOTLESS when I come to pick them up, regardless of their previous conditions. Wish more people in this world cared about their customers like Sonny.
