The absolute worst service ever. I work in the service industry and I have never seen customer service this poor. Would not return phone calls, would not call my mobile phone as requested, does not adhere to posted business hours. I had to take my car there at the request of the motorist`s insurance company who hit me. After my car was in their shop twice over a two week period, it was still not correct. I even left ... view morea written list of repairs that needed to be made at the second visit to their shop to ensure they addressed everything and they still did not make the necessary repairs. Sub standard work, poor communication and terrible customer service. The car accident was bad, and so was my experience with Ed Clifton Body & Frame.
