I was in the market for a used...

I was in the market for a used car when i drove past their dealership and decided to stop by and see their inventory. First off their lot looked clean and well kept, they have an amazing selection of well taken cars, and everyone that approached me (at least 3 salesmen making sure i was taken care of) were friendly and respectful. I didnt have good credit at the time due to a foreclosure on my house, but the finance ... view moremanager and the owner sat me down and told me that they would do all the could to get me in the car I wanted. Sure enough i got a call 2 days later saying they get me approved. The process was completley easy and pain free. I also recieved a call 3 weeks, and 6 months after as a follow up on how I was enjoying my car. These people care. I adivse anyone looking for a used car or truck to stop by there.

WORST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF TUCSON!!!!!

I came here to sell my vehicle. They had a truck that looked pretty good, so I decided to trade them. I bought the truck at the end of August, it took them 6 weeks just to get me my title and plate, after telling me it would take 4 weeks max. They never called when they said they would to follow up on issues. The truck was never cleaned and their in-house person that they said ""detailed it"" didn`t even vacuum i... view moret out and left trash and wrappers in the middle console. They said their detail person quit and they still haven`t sent me the money for me to have it detailed myself, after lying to me multiple times saying they had it or sent it. They are liars, they will cheat you every chance they have, do not go there, do not trust them, do not do any business with them. They haven`t even fulfilled what they put in writing when I purchased the vehicle, now almost a month ago. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, lying, cheating people and company before!!!!
