horrible non-professional

Service was slow and non-professional guy who I felt with on the phone was rude and nasty. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be texted to me and I asked for a paper receipt and was told that they didn`t have any with them so he would take down my information and email it to me right away. When I didn`t get the email by 5pm that night I called and was told they left my information in the truck which was out ... view moreon another run. I received an email with a spreadsheet of what the company called a receipt. The document was unsigned and extremely unprofessional. I called and told the guy I was dissatisfied and was yelled at because I demanded to have a real receipt emailed to me asap. He told me that I would have it in 2-3 days so 5 days after I received the service. I was charged $150 for being towed out of a ditch. When the guy strapped my car to the tow truck to pull me out he attached it to tie rod instead of the axel. This service was absolutely ridiculous and I will never use it again.

They are the BEST!

This husband and wife team are the best! I was stuck out on the 17 with my cell phone dying. I told them once where I was and they found me. It was so reassuring to see Cheryl`s smiling face hanging out the passengers door of the tow truck waving for me to join her in the cab. Her husband took care of the car and she took care of me and the billing stuff. This is a company who cares about you!
