over spray

My boat trailer needed repair. I took it to Brothers Auto Body and when it came back, my boat had white spots all over it. Obvious OVER SPRAY.... the owner refused to fix it and insisted the over spray must have come from somewhere else, which of course is impossible. DO NOT USE BROTHERS AUTO BODY...They are crooks!!!
