Extremely rude and bad customer service

The service was so bad you can even rate it!! I scheduled an appointment for regular oil change. Typical oil change takes no less than 15 mins when an appointment is taken. The old man at the counter was extremely rude. Did not attend to me when I came in 5 mins before my appointment time. In spite of taking an appointment asked me to wait for 1.5 hours to get my car oil change done....who the hell needs that much... view more time to do an oil change and whats the point of taking an appointment in that case YOu must stick to your appointment times!!! When asked for directions to the venue, the guy on phone will not tell you the directions unless you told him you have an appointment, ur name and what car job you are coming to get done. Who the hell does this??? Do you need to give your BIO-DATA/RESUME for getting directions help...that old dude is crazy!!!! Watch out for him! Firestone C& R you are at BIG LOSS, Lost customer and I will never recommend you to anyone!! Waste of time and money! This old guy at the desk is very rude, acts like he does not need business...which fool doesn`t want business in this economy!! Again the old guy is CRAZY and RUDE!!!
