Got a bill for twice the amount of the estimate. When I questioned it, I got cussed out. The work is mediocre and they managed to break things that weren`t broken

My Baby

It was because of my job that I even learned that I could take my car anywhere to be repaired after an accident. After learning this information almost a week later I hit a deer on my way home from work. I called Jackie and she told me we will take care of it. She knew the horrible experience I had previously when my brand new car was hit by a drunk driver and the insurance company told where I "needed" ... view moreto take it. I baby my cars, but once again I had to leave her in someone else`s hands. I left it on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday and to my surprise they had even washed her. In a perfect world we wouldn`t have auto accidents, but the next time my car needs any work done I already know where it will be going. Jackie was wonderful when listening to my needs, but Buddy just may be their best employee.
