This is the most unorganized business on the face of the planet. The staff are the rudest I think I`ve ever encountered, and Savannah the sales manager is a smart mouthed $&%#?‚¬. How she is allowed to manage anything beyond the stove in her kitchen is a small wonder. Steer clear of this place!!!!

I would not take my car here to be repaired even if they were the only dealer in the southeast. My Buick Enclave is still under warranty and this is the 3rd time I have taken it in for the same problem with the transmission. The first time they kept it for 2 weeks and this time they have had it for almost a month. They cannot provide a good explanation as to why it is taking so long to repair. Their level of incompet... view moreence is unparalleled. This is my first and last GM car and any other warranty work that needs to be done will be done elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs!
