HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I used a groupon for window tint service from them. They gave me an "appointment time" for 8:30am-11am. So I dropped it off at 8:30 & called at 11 to see if it was ready. They said "not yet, he`s working on it now though." So I said ok I`ll come pick it up at 1. After numerous phone calls & finally just showing up at 4:30, it still wasn`t done & I had to wait an extra 30 minutes!!! I p... view moreersonally had 2 other close friends use the same groupon. Both had an 11am-2pm "appointment time"....& at 6:30 pm they were still waiting on their car. Just so unprofessional & disrespectful. Dont give an "appointment time" if that time is never met. RIDICULOUS.
