If I could give Prattville Gla...

If I could give Prattville Glass a lower score I would. At first I was happy to use this company for my broken window because a competitor suggested using them. So I thought well thoughtful company must have a good name for themselves. Then I called them. To start with the receptionist gave me an attitude every time I called. I could under stand the first time calling them because it was a Friday. Might have bee... view moren a hard week but the next time I called still an attitude toward me for calling to give them my business. Next I made 3 appointments and they never showed up or called me to tell me sorry we cannot make it today. If you live in the Prattville areas use anyone but Prattville Glass. They are not professionals.
