My experience at Reid`s could have been wonderful. They have a reputation for having good vehicles, however, I discovered some very bad consumer costly business practice. Reid`s is a company that is good about financing people with bad credit and we truly appreciate that. But it does not help when after they tell you that you have the vehicle, they introduce the 1398 dollar warranty that you also need to purch... view morease. There was nothing illegal about what he did; just so damn unethical. I have the good sense to understand what I read. This policy he`s pushing on these people by telling them or at least making the implication that they can`t be financed without it is something most of these people can`t afford. I know I can cancel the policy because I read it; however, some people won`t have that mentality. It`s just that lying to the customer leaves something to be desired.
