Terrible customer service, broken transmission was purchased, was given the run-around and forced to go through credit card services to dispute a charge. Purchased a transmission for a friend and they were declined the return, even though they had the reciept, because the "Cardholder was not present"...I, the cardholder, contacted them and was given the same story. I work on many vehicles, travel alot, have... view more 8 vehicles I am presently working on, many friends in Theodore, Mobile, Pensacola...this is one place that just lost ALOT of potential business...you don`t do business this way. PERIOD.
