Rotten service, rude beyond belief

I went to Montgomery Radiator, recommended by my local mechanic, to repair a leaking oil hose. They did the work, but when it was installed, it leaked. So they ordered a new hose (instead of a repaired one) and installed it. Of course, I had to pay for the bad hose AND the installation/removal. I thought `no big deal, I`m sure I can return it`. The Montgomery Radiator manager on Catoma street was hostile, rude, u... view morenprofiessional, and basically threw my refund at me saying. &quot;Lose my address.&quot; Absolutely rotten service, totally unprofessional. I guess he doesn`t know or care that I currently need a $450 radiator. I`ll never go back. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
