Very Bad Business

Went to get an oil change and drove 2 hours back home. Car would make a very large noise as if it was falling apart. Come to find out they did not put the parts back on my vehicle. Screws were hanging down and one cover was missing. The cover that was on was hanging by 1 screw. Would of been very dangerous if that cover would of came out from under my vehicle someone could of been killed or severly hurt. I had to buy... view more parts from autozone and pay someone else to look at. When they discovered the part was not put back on i called them and he stated that it was still at the shop and told me that he would reimburse for the screws that i bought. Part was left there 4 days and no one called me to tell me anything. Neither did anyone apologize for the service. He just stated that he forgot to put it on. I paid for an oil change and my service was not complete neither were parts put back on. This was the Skyland location. Now that i have complained i have heard other complaints on my job about their service. Mostly the same thing. Items were forgotten to be placed back on vehicles.
