Worst service department ever encountered...

I have never experienced such poor service and/or communication from a service department! They had the vehicle for more than 4 days before I was able to get them to answer the phone, and now it has only been one excuse after another. Besides charging outrageous amounts, they acted like they didn`t want to to the service, which I am paying for, and then they drug it out. Finally, after a week, and a day after it w... view moreas guaranteed to be finished, I had to call them so they could tell me they broke something, and the Jeep will not even start now, and it will not be done for another 4 or 5 days. This vehicle was to be going out of town for Christmas, and they were informed of that, now it is unavailable, and they will not provide a loaner, or offer any type of solution. So, don`t go here if you need a reasonable job done for a reasonable price in any kind of reasonable perios of time. This one takes the cake......
