I have been to a fair number of dealership`s and Floyd`s has a really nice set up. They are clean and polite, They are honest and every one seem`s to be smiling. Their Driver`s lounge is the nicest I have seen. When I am there I always feel like the service manager listen`s to what I have to say and that counts for alot.
